Computer Forensics —A Law Unto Itself

Abstract

Industry experts estimate that around ten per cent of all computers installed can be categorised as failures and that, as a consequence, an increasing number of users are seeking legal redress, even though most solicitors admit to being ill‐equipped to judge whether or not a computer performed as it should have done.
