Charting the pros and cons
Abstract
Some managers are apt to make decisions before identifying the real problem confronting them. Then there are instances where the best decision is a negative one. Andrew May, management consultant with Binder Hamlyn Fry, describes how decision‐making can be helped by use of an ‘option selection table’.
