Nowhere is the country's investment slump more starkly reflected than in the industrial property market where millions of square feet are virtually going begging. Prospects hinge greatly on Government action to stimulate industrial expansion, but for those companies confident enough to be thinking of their own economic recovery, now is as good a time as any to shop around for property — as this comprehensive survey shows.
