Abstract

THE short time week has brought the expansion of many British companies to a shuddering halt—but it's hard to say just how the crisis is affecting small to medium firms. To find some of the answers Industrial Management took an in‐depth look at Johnsons—a typical manufacturing company hit in a typical way.
