Making a business of it — UK Style!

Abstract

On 2 May 1992, Westminster City libraries welcomed a number of senior librarians to share in a launching ceremony for two initiatives. The first was the introduction of two Citizens' Charters which promise high standards of service; and the second, the division of library services into six business units.
