Fundamental problems of information transfer

Abstract

In the process of preparing a paper which would do justice to the chosen title one becomes very conscious of how difficult the subject with which we are dealing is, and how little we know and have actually measured about the way in which information is transferred, stored and subsequently utilized by individuals, groups and organizations.
