COMMUNICATIONS
Abstract
Mr Marsh began by emphasizing the importance of establishing communications, which he defined as ‘a genuine, satisfying two‐way exchange between persons’. It is establishing a relationship—putting oneself into the shoes of another person—trying to understand how he, or she, feels—communicating so that they will act on what is said, or written, or shown.
