Abstract

Dear Madam, Since attending the special meeting held on 9th May in the lecture hall of the Royal Aeronautical Society on the proposed National Reference Library of Science and Invention, I have given considerable thought to the proposals presented and to the main problem of the shuttle service between the two sites.
