Abstract
It is with considerable regret that we announce the resignation of Philip Bramall as News Editor. His appointment as Applied Sciences Librarian at University College Cardiff has resulted in commitments which prevent him from continuing to provide his valuable contributions. Many readers will also know him as the Editor of ‘VINE’.
