Abstract

Ciba Polymers have invested 1.2 million Swiss francs in new application technology laboratories for their Electronic Materials Business Unit in Basel, Switzerland. The new facilities will enable staff to demonstrate to customers, under simulated shop floor conditions, the advantages inherent in the company's new Optimer electrodeposited photoresists for the production of printed wiring boards.
