Some Practical Observations on the Processes Involved in Surface Mounted Technology

Abstract

This paper aims to highlight some of the problems encountered by potential designers, purchasers and users of Surface Mounted Technology and to offer some insight into the factors that require to be considered in the application of vapour phase reflow to this technology.
