Abstract

Sri Lankan corporate sector is now playing a pivotal role in the economy while earning the largest revenue of the country. However, the corporate sector is still identified by the public as a ruthless and unfeeling while motivating solely by profit. This is because some big companies over the years have no concern or desire to support the government of the day to enhance economic growth.
