Abstract
SPENCE SANDERS has resigned the chairmanship of the Fulmer Research Institute on his retirement from the Board of Directors of Almin Ltd. His place as chairman has been taken by W.R. Merton. J.G. Graham has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
