SHORT TAKES
Abstract
On July 10, 2000, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ruled that non‐unionized employees have the right to have, upon request, a co‐worker representative present during disciplinary meetings. The decision is a significant extension of NLRB regulation to a non‐union setting.
