Abstract
Looks at how Avro International Aerospace deals with the production of aircraft. Examines facilities and production at its Woodford, Manchester‐based site, as well as its potential. States that Avro bases its business activities around three key processes: customer, product and supply. Concludes that it is the attention given to these by all departments in the organization which underline Avro's successful sales position worldwide.
