The Future for Quality Software
Abstract
THE need for software quality assurance, combined with the problem of largely non‐existent programming standards has been vastly underestimated throughout the computing industry and by those reliant upon software for daily functions. Programming Research was set up as a direct response to this situation, and its first product, Flint, is positioned as a productivity aid to the maintenance and quality evaluation of existing moderate to extremely large FORTRAN programs.
