Abstract

One of aviation's long‐forgotten pioneers, Patrick Young Alexander, is commemorated in a new 300 page biography just published as a private limited edition by Cross Manufacturing Company, of Bath. Written by noted Windsor historian Gordon Cullingham, it represents the only in‐depth research ever undertaken on a man who was an intimate of such noted historical figures as the Wright Brothers, the Hon C S Rolls, Louis Bleriot, Hiram Maxim and many others.
