Safety Topics

Abstract

Information affecting the safety of civil and military aircraft is a vital part of the aviation scene, whether it concerns manufacture, testing, knowledge gained from previous accidents or incidents, or other factors. It is in this context that this feature is introduced in the hope that it will stimulate interest in a most important subject and produce comments from a wide audience. We hope to deal with many aspects from time to time and would like to thank particularly, the UK Flight Safety Committee for permission to reproduce extracts from “Flight Safety Focus”.
