Abstract
Details of Some Components Used for Subsidiary Services in Aircraft, Missiles and Space Vehicles. One man pulling a cord ‐ involving no more effort than if he was taking his dog for a walk on the lead ‐will be able to open and shut the giant hangar doors, each weighing up to 70 tons, that will be needed to cater for the high‐capacity airliners of the 1970s.
