Abstract
THE worst fears of the British aerospace industry were confirmed on February 3 when Mr Harold Wilson made his promised speech dealing with military aircraft procurement. Pausing only to blast the cost‐effectiveness of the Conservatives' general defence policy during the last twelve years, the Prime Minister was soon in full throat reviewing current projects.
