Tools for the Workshop

Abstract

Angula Engineering Co. Ltd., Glaskin Mews, Pembury Road, Clapton, London, E.5 have introduced a straightedge of new construction for the drawing board. As shown in FIG. 1 the ruling edge is of clear Cobex, gripped in an aluminium alloy extrusion, to which a mahogany rail is attached. It is claimed that this construction eliminates distortion due to humidity changes.
