Abstract
WHATEVER may be thought of the practical utility of attempting to fly from one point on the earth's surface to another with the minimum number of stops, the minimum amount of sleep, and in the minimum time, such performances as that of Mrs. J. A. Mollison can arouse nothing but admiration as feats of endurance, on the part of both pilot and machine.
