How videotaped online searches can supplement the teaching of online search strategy
Abstract
Most instruction of online users incorporates a ‘live’ database search. The disadvantages of this live method are examined and the solution is the use of pre‐recorded videocassette database searches as produced by the University of California Berkeley's School of Library and Information Studies.
