The Industrial Training Levy (Footwear, Leather and Fur Skin) Order 1974

Abstract

The Secretary of State after approving proposals submitted by the Footwear, Leather and Fur Skin Industry Training Board for the imposition of a further levy on employers in the footwear, leather and fur skin industry and in exercise of powers conferred by section 4 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 as amended by paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to the Employment and Training Act 1973, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
