The National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1973

Abstract

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 25(2)(c), 27(1) and 31(2) of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after reference to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council, hereby makes the following regulations:—
