The Supplementary Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1972

Abstract

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Ministry of Social Security Act 1966 and now vested in him by article 2 of the Secretary of State for Social Services Order 1968 hereby makes the following regulations:—
