The Family Allowances, National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Consequential) Regulations 1968

Abstract

The Minister of Social Security, acting in conjunction with the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions set out in column 1 of the Schedule to these regulations, and the National Insurance Joint Authority and the Industrial Injuries Joint Authority in exercise of the powers respectively conferred by the provisions set out in columns 2 and 3 of that Schedule, in each case in consequence of the Family Allowances and National Insurance Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations:—
