Abstract

Statistical Process Control (SPC) interface for CL204 digital thickness meter. Wells Krautkramer have introduced an SPC interface for their popular CI204 precision thickness meter which considerably enhances its capabilities. Used in conjunction with a Mitutoyo SPC mini‐processor, the system is capable of generating hard copy record of thickness measurements, providing statistical analysis of a series of readings as well as producing histograms and frequency tables.
