Guidelines for a Quality Manual. This publication prepared by the Quality Committee of the Metal Finishing Association as a service to metal finishers, gives a wealth of concise practical advice on the preparation of a Quality manual, an essential requirement for any company considering applying for registration as a ‘a firm of assessed capability’ to BS 5750 Part 2. It also includes model sections to illustrate the typical requirements of the certification authority.
