Abstract

Pyrene helps Britax to uprate finish on metal car parts. At its Chichester factory, Britax (Wingard) Ltd, a major supplier of seat belts and mirrors to the motor industry, regularly reviews its manufacturing procedures to ensure that they comply with the periodically uprated specification requirements. In applying this policy to its metal finishing operations, Britax has switched to speciality chemical precleaning and conversion coating processes developed and marketed by Pyrene Chemical Services Ltd.
