Stainless steel answer to food and drink plants' corrosion problems
Abstract
The fish and beer trades would appear to have little in common, but both rely on washing plant which has to withstand continuous exposure to corrosive environments. Recent installations at a fish market and brewery illustrate how food and drink firms can obviate rust problems in their cleaning equipment.
