Abstract

Improved Etching Primer A new version of Strathclyde etching primer PA 10 is announced by Federated Paints Ltd., Glasgow. This new material is white instead of red to enable the primer to be used satisfactorily under light‐coloured paints. To effect the change, the ferric oxide had to be replaced while still retaining in full the anti‐corrosive and protective properties.
