Abstract

SINCE the war a considerable number of specialised services and consultancies, few if any of which existed before, have made their mark upon the industrial scene. Not least among these are those provided by manufacturers and consultants who have turned their attention to problems of corrosion, and today the headache of deciding just what to do and where can safely be passed on to those who make corrosion prevention their business.
