Abstract

ALUMINIUM Prevention of exfoliation corrosion—extended ageing. Laboratory‐produced aluminium alloy extrusions to B.S. 1476 : HE15, covering a range of copper content from 3.8 to 4.6% and aged for various times between 165° and 200°C., have been subjected to intermittent salt spray.
