PRODUCTS and PROCESSES: PROVIDING INDUSTRY WITH THE MEANS TO COMBAT CORROSION

Abstract

Liquid Metal Alloy. Two new products have been launched by Stewart Wales, Somerville Ltd. with applications in the rustproofing and surface dressing field. The first is Co‐Seal, a liquid plastic dressing giving resistance to traffic on floors and passages; it resists acids and alkalis, grease, oil, frost and heat. It has been used extensively for protection of concrete, brick and stone, for walls and ceiling surfaces in a wide range of agricultural and industrial premises.
