HIGH‐NICKEL ALLOYS: IN THE PETROLEUM INDUSTRY Part 2

Abstract

Part 1 of this article, published in our March issue, dealt with the applications of high‐nickel alloys in petroleum production and in the fundamental distillation processes. The second part deals with applications of these alloys to combat specific corrosion problems in a variety of refinery treating processes and also discusses the selection of materials for high‐temperature applications in refinery and associated petrochemical processes.
