Abstract

FLUE GAS CORROSION—A CONTROL. FLUE gas corrosion is one of the principal causes of lost efficiency and high fuel consumption in boilers ranging in size from the domestic hot‐water boiler to the largest steam‐raising unit and also in plant employed in industrial processes such as the manufacture of steel, cement, pottery and bricks.
