Abstract

Protection of paint spray booths. A strippable material for the protection of the dry walls of paint spray booths is Pultac No. 1, manufactured by the Pyrene Co. Ltd., Metal Finishing Division. Its function is to act as a readily removable barrier between overspray paint and the booth walls and thereby to simplify spray booth maintenance. It can be applied to dry surfaces such as steel, aluminium, galvanised iron, vitreous enamel, glass and tiles by an ordinary paint spray gun or it can also be applied by brush.
