Abstract
The success of a firm's export operation will depend to a great extent on the quality of the middlemen involved in the distribution of its products in the overseas market. Whether or not the exporter will be able to achieve his goals depends to a great extent on how thoroughly, and how well, he has carried out his analysis of which firm will do the best possible job for him in a particular market.
