Abstract

WITH FIFTY YEARS and six months upon its head, LR has no liking for the settled routine of an editorial in every issue. Yet the outline of the new REVIEW has still not wholly emerged. The present editorial cooperative thus owe readers both a progress report on things under way and thanks for information supplied by questionnaire on use made of this publication in institutions and by individuals.
