Trainable Systems Inspect Food Products

Abstract

Various types of sensors have been widely used for a number of years within the food industry for detecting positions of bottles, caps, fill levels and many other applications. More sophisticated problems such as colour sorting have been solved using specialist light sources and arrays of sensors.
