Automatic direct glazing of cars

Abstract

An automatic direct glazing system for car windscreens and back lights has been installed by Austin Morris on its new Montego line at Cowley. The system was developed by the VS Technology group and includes robot loading of the glass to the car using a vision sensing system to achieve correct alignment.
