The pre‐coating of metal I — Coil coating

Abstract

The growing use of pre‐coated substrates, wood, metal, or plastic, for the fabrication of components, has been one of the noteworthy developments of the last decade. The growth of ‘pre‐coating’ has led to many changes in finishing materials and processes, which will be reviewed in a series of articles in the forthcoming year.
