Job Desegregation and Organizational Structure

Abstract

Men and women seldom do the same job. The segregation of role according to sex is a continuing phenomenon throughout the western world: it occurs in occupations, in families, and in education, and it results in a loss of potential development for both men and women, as well as a serious loss of human resources for organizations.
