Abstract
Insufficient challenge produces discomfort and impaired performance — too much challenge produces stress. How to identify stress and its causes is shown, together with steps to manage these causes — and what not to adopt as a solution. Finally coping mechanisms to deal with unavoidable stress are suggested.
