Some Effective Ways of Working with Managers

Abstract

At first I thought I would need an encyclopaedic knowledge of management subjects and management training techniques in order to meet the diverse needs of managers. I started the laborious and essentially disabling task of acquiring this knowledge from books, articles, seminars, courses and experts. This left insufficient time to work with my customers, the managers, who are the richest seam of all.
