Group Awareness and Relaxation
Abstract
The author describes the operation of the second of three residential study courses on group awareness. The primary purpose of the exercise was to familiarise the participants with all aspects of groups — development, dynamics, processes, styles etc. The secondary purpose was to explore, investigate and practise various relaxation techniques.
