The Value of Using Training Intelligence Services: A broad assessment of the current training scene

Abstract

Although there has been talk of a total collapse in external training i.e. open courses and use of consultant trainers in‐house, the author's experience does not bear this out. External training may not be flourishing but it is certainly holding its own in the overall pattern of training.
