YOUTH TRAINING SCHEME: National Agreement on College Fees

Abstract

The agreement on college fees for YTS trainees starting in September 1983 has been negotiated through the CBI acting for employers. The official information is contained in a circular which CBI has sent out to its members. This circular is reproduced in full below. The official CBI reference number of the document is V439.82 and there are two annexes, A and B.
