Britain's help for technical education in the third world
Abstract
Some 1380 attachments for practical training with British industry were arranged during 1978/79 for Third World trainees by the Technical Education and Training Organisation for Overseas Countries (TETOC), a specialist agency of the Overseas Development Administration. This is among facts and figures in TETOC's Annual Report, which describes a varied range of activities in support of Britain's aid programme.
